The performance of melting and spraying products mainly refers to the physical and mechanical properties, such as the product strength, air permeability, fiber diameter, etc., due to the complex melting and spraying process, there are many influencing factors. The parameters can be adjusted according to the need in the process of melting spray production, such as melt extrusion amount, melt temperature, temperature and initial speed of hot stretch air, receiving distance and so on.
